Producer A&R Specialist
Job Summary:
As a Producer A&R Specialist at Elizabeth Music Group, your primary role is to put together, curate, and distribute beat and sample packs from Zachary Michael and our roster to artists, labels, and producers while fostering strong creative relationships. You will be instrumental in connecting our roster with key industry players, ensuring their work reaches new creative heights and generates impactful placements. This role allows for flexible remote work, self-managed hours, and offers commission-based pay and partial ownership for placements secured through your efforts.
Your primary objective is to facilitate song creation by building and maintaining a strong network of musicians and collaborators for our roster. Your goal is to secure placements by connecting talent and coordinating successful projects. In return, you'll earn a percentage of the advance and partial publishing ownership for your role in making these songs a reality.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Scouting & Collaboration:
Build and maintain relationships with key players in the music industry, including artists, A&Rs, and label executives.
Collaborate with Zachary Michael to understand current trends and creative directions for beat pack, sample pack creation, and sync music.
Beat & Sample Pack Curation:
Select and curate high-quality beat and sample packs tailored for specific artists, labels, or creative projects.
Ensure packs are versatile, genre-specific, or tailored to the unique needs of potential collaborators.
Maintain a well-organized library of packs for efficient distribution and client engagement.
As a Producer A&R Specialist at Elizabeth Music Group you will largely be responsible for creating opportunities for our roster. Setting up plays for potential placements, networking opportunities, and sending out curated packs to labels, other A&Rs, and artists.
Distribution & Placement:
Proactively pitch and send curated beat packs to artists, labels, and music supervisors.
Strategize placements by identifying key opportunities in emerging music trends and high-profile projects.
Client & Partner Relations:
Maintain strong communication with artists, producers, and their teams, offering tailored creative solutions.
Creative Support & Feedback:
Offer constructive feedback to producers to ensure their work aligns with current industry standards and creative trends.
Act as a liaison between producers and industry stakeholders, advocating for their creative vision and maximizing placement potential.
Requirements:
Industry Experience:
1-3+ years in music production, A&R, management, or a related role in the music industry.
Proven experience in pitching and securing music placements or facilitating producer-artist collaborations.
Skills and Abilities:
Music Production Knowledge: Understanding of production techniques, genres, and market trends.
Curatorial Expertise: Ability to identify commercially viable beats and samples that meet industry needs.
Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication for client outreach and collaboration.

Music Publishing Client Acquisition Specialist
Job Summary:
As a client acquisition specialist at Elizabeth Music Group, your primary role is to identify, engage, and secure talented artists, songwriters, and producers for publishing administration agreements. The goal is to offer these creators a fair and creative-focused partnership that ensures they receive their due music royalties, often unclaimed or missing due to the complexities of the music industry. Client acquisition specialists are able to work from home/remotely, create their own hours, and are paid commission on every administration client they sign to Elizabeth Music Group.
Talent Scouting and Networking:
Identify and connect with emerging and established music talents.
Research through PRO and mechanical royalty databases to discover musicians who have unclaimed music publishing.
Build and maintain relationships with artists, songwriters, producers, and their representatives to understand their needs and aspirations.
Educating Potential Clients:
Explain the benefits of publishing administration agreements, emphasizing how the company's services can help them collect unclaimed royalties.
Provide insights into the often opaque and complicated royalty collection process, highlighting how the company's expertise can simplify and optimize this for the creators.

Requirements:
Industry Experience: 1-3+ years of experience in music publishing, A&R, or a similar role within the music industry.
